Da Nang: What requirements must restaurants and eateries be served on-site?
On the evening of June 8, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control in Da Nang City decided to allow some types of services to resume operations.
Specifically, from 0:00 on June 9, restaurants, shops, food and beverage service establishments can sell and serve customers on the spot. However, on-site service is no more than 50% of the capacity of the restaurant, diners and not over 9pm daily.
Food business owners and employees must be tested for SARS-CoV-2 according to the plan of the City Committee; must sign a commitment with the local government on strictly complying with regulations and recommendations on epidemic prevention and control.
During opening hours, owners of restaurant or diners, chefs and servers are required to make daily medical declarations. Regularly open Bluezone application, Bluetooth on smartphones (if available) during working time.
Restaurant and diner owners are responsible for organizing temperature measurement for guests, ensuring a safe distance and must wear masks and gloves throughout the process of preparing food and drinks for guests.
The Da Nang Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control strictly forbids guests from going to restaurants or diners if they have one of the symptoms of: fatigue, fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or are in medical isolation period at home.
Guests are required to make a medical declaration when entering the restaurant or scan the QRCode to check at the restaurants that use the service; Regularly open Bluezone and Bluetooth applications on smartphones (if available).
"It is mandatory to wear a mask properly when going to restaurants and diners (except when eating and drinking); keep the minimum distance as required from people around, avoid contact and limit unnecessary talking when eating or drinking" requested the Da Nang Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.
In addition, swimming activities, hair salons are also allowed to reopen. In which, the bathing time is regulated by hours.
Specifically, the morning from 4:30 to no more than 7:30; afternoon from 16:30 to no later than 18:30. Swim only in designated areas and leave immediately after swimming.
No gathering large numbers, playing sports, eating, drinking, street vendors... at the beach; keep a distance of at least 1 meter from others; Wear a mask before and immediately after bathing. The service of bathing in fresh water after bathing in the sea has not been allowed to operate again.
It is known that up to this point, Da Nang has not recorded any Covid-19 cases in the community for 21 days
